Happy 3.14159…et cetera

March 14th is Pi Day. Hey, why not.

Once upon a time (that time being well over 25 years ago), I was able to recite Pi to around fifty digits. These days I’m just happy to recall the first 5-6 without having to look it up. I guess the New Math just doesn’t mesh well with old age…
