I learn something interesting every time I visit MySpace. Well…

Cool new people, eh? Let’s see about that:

Patti appears to be a folk musician, but she has Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell and Joan Jett (and the Blackhearts) listed among her MySpace friends. So I really gotta give her the benefit of the doubt here.

Krtistin starts off with a banner declaring she hearts Grey’s Anatomy, which immediately puts her under deep suspicion. But as she appears to be a fellow member of the People With Unusual Names club, I’ll give her a pass.

Chris Dodd, however. I mean, really. He uses a full, real name for his MySpace moniker. Among his MySpace friends is listed the DANIMAL. And he’s a U.S. senator running for the Presidency, which should always be a major strike against making it into the cool people list (new or otherwise).
