Why I don’t pass on blogging memes

• I hate the word meme. I used to like it, sort of. No more. Thanks for that, Internet.
• ‘Blogging meme’ rhymes with ‘incentive scheme’. ‘Nuff said.
• Meme? Come on, it sounds made up.
• I’ve seen the phrase “leading memeticists” in print. Talk about putting you off your lunch—and memes.
• Enough! Enough with the memes!
• I never liked Air Supply. You figure out the connection.
• I’ve lost friends over less.
• This could be a meme: spell “blog” in as many different ways as you can. No one finds this troubling?
• There’s just too much work involved.
• Please don’t go looking for memes past on this blog. No, please don’t. Come on, I’m asking nicely.
• I said enough already!!
• Blogging a list is not a kind of blogging meme, is it?
