So the Boston Red Sox just won themselves a reprieve by toughing it out through the 11th inning. If I was an actual fan—instead of the pantomime act I perform while the playoffs drag on—I might start rethinking this God stuff.

Needless to say, I’m not praying for a miracle. Which actually does make me indistinguishable from a real Bosox fan.
