Tbogg (or TBOGG…never sure about the caps on that one) in a recent post notes he’s sorry for being unable to produce the “little upside down question marks.” He’s referring to the title of the post being a question, and being in Spanish (nominally). Anyway, in the unlikely event Tbogg (or TBOGG) stumbles across this, here’s how to do it in HTML-ese:

That’s the decimal character entity code or numeric character reference (ncr) for ¿. Type this unreadable little string of text into your blog editor, and by magic your Web browser (if it’s smart enough) translates it to the correct symbol or character.
