Time for me to return to my blog stalking ways. So, Congrats, Susie. But, uh, it’s Veruca. Without a ‘k.’ Now let’s see…

Yeah, I think I see a little Willy Wonka: The Later Years thing playing out here. I figure it’s true that Veruca is a far more enjoyable character to perform than Violet Beauregarde would be. Getting to whine and pout through every act….should be great fun. And you bypass having to be rolled across the set by a bunch of diminutive actors.

Hopefully we’re all aware there were thousands of American teenage boys who got stuck on Veruca when the film first hit the small screen. It’s sad, really. Blame it on bad girl syndrome.

Hey, and it looks like Susie sent me email a while back. I really should check my inbox more often. Right guys?
