I was gone, in more
I was gone, in more ways than one, but now I’m back.
Um, woohoo.
I’ll just explain by saying I had a breakdown of sorts, a sapping of intellectual energy, which primarily caused a lack of Net activity on my part. Hence blog, e-mail and a few other online endeavors laid dormant for much of the past few weeks. Apologies to anyone affected by this. For the rest, untouched and unconcerned: so it goes.
Also, note that any scrabblings of mine located on third-party sites during this lapse were mere attempts at therapy, nothing more, and any depth or clarity they might project is purely accidental.
Some things I missed commenting on while productively straight-jacketed:
- Phil hit a similar malaise. At least his excuse is blog-related.
- John went MovableType on us. Commenting is enabled…
- The Raving Atheist went agnostic. Fundie doubter…
- Other April Fools’ Day fun has come and gone. Eh.
- Concerns of the Pastry Brigade. It’s a having and eating it too thing.
- The war is still in the news. At least we’re winning. Yep.
Speaking of war coverage, seems Geraldo Rivera no longer is. If you knew me well, you’d also know how much enjoyment this provides. Could explain my recuperation.
