Finally got around to reading

Finally got around to reading Newsweek’s story Bush and God*. As disturbing as some elements of the piece are (to me), the side-text is what caught my eye:

The Bush family attends church in Houston in 1964; George Sr. once taught Sunday school and George W. was an altar boy [blame me for emphasis]

There seems to be a small problem here…

Bush Family, circa 1964 = Presbyterian
George W., presently = Evangelical (kinda)
little altar boys, eternally = Catholic

A little Christian confusion at Newsweek?

* God denies having any sort of relationship with him. Jo-king!
