In regards to the ongoing fight with Congress to push through his homeland security initiatives, President Bush notes “The enemy doesn’t care about these rules — the Senate does.” So true, Mr. President. And the enemy doesn’t care about Democracy or the concerns of the populace, either. Guess we should go ahead and throw those out the window as well, since they have that nasty habit of getting in the way of what the President wants.
