Shanghaid?

Shanghaid? Yangda, an auto sales biz that placed a VW Passat up for auction, is confused over what could have gone wrong to have the car go for a measly 116 yuan (14 USD). From my perspective (and that of the bidder, I suspect), nothing at all.
